I don't mind you sharing them, they were meant to be helpful to you, but please at least credit me, and if possible link back to my DA. It's pretty standard procedure for sharing an artist's work online.

Okay, that title may have been a little misleading but... you gotta start somewhere! ;D
This is to demonstrate how I construct a female torso within my work. I find it easier to ensure an accurate representation is produced if I map it out like this, and maybe it will help you too!! (I am aware it is messy, I've been told people find it easier to follow if I leave it that way, so that's what I've done!)
